Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price. No-shows and arrivals more than 15 minutes late without communication will be considered a missed appointment and charged 100% of the scheduled service price.
