My name is Amanda, and I’m a licensed massage therapist with over a decade of experience helping people reduce pain, release tension, and feel more at ease in their bodies. My work blends deep tissue, cupping, and orthopedic-informed techniques. I aim to create a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and heard. Each session is tailored to what your body needs that day, with an emphasis on restoring movement and supporting long-term wellbeing.
